Dr. Philip Nnadozie is a General Practitioner, Physician Investigator, and Medical Project Lead at Bioluminux Clinical Research, where he specialises in fostering strong sponsor relationships to drive the successful start-up and delivery of clinical trials. He combines years of frontline medical practice with extensive late-phase clinical research experience, enabling him to translate sponsor needs into efficient, patient-centred study execution.


A graduate of the University of Ibadan (MBBS), Dr. Nnadozie trained as a GP in the Staffordshire and Shropshire Deanery, earning his CCT in General Practice, and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He also holds an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine, enhancing his expertise in drug development, trial operations, and regulatory compliance.


His expertise spans regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and site-level execution of later-phase trials, with a focus on therapeutic integrity, patient safety, and data quality. At Bioluminux, he plays a central role in guiding protocol delivery, investigator oversight, and cross-site harmonization, ensuring each trial meets sponsor expectations while maintaining the highest ethical and scientific standards.


At Bioluminux, Dr. Nnadozie plays a pivotal role in aligning sponsors, investigators, and operational teams. He engages early with sponsors to clarify objectives, ensure protocol feasibility, and address potential operational challenges. He oversees site readiness, drives study activation, and leads recruitment strategies that balance timely delivery with the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
