Orsolya Lawrence is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bioluminux Clinical Research, overseeing clinical operations, site management, and strategic growth across research locations in the United States and the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in clinical trial execution, project oversight, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that studies are conducted efficiently, ethically, and with a strong focus on diversity and patient engagement.
With a background in healthcare management and research operations, Orsolya leads efforts to streamline processes, enhance regulatory compliance, and optimize site performance. She works closely with sponsors, investigators, and community partners to expand access to clinical trials and promote inclusivity in research participation.
She earned a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, and is a registered member of the Institute of Clinical Research (ICR). Currently, she is pursuing an MBA at Eastern University, Pennsylvania, further developing her expertise in business strategy and organizational leadership.
