With over a decade of leadership experience in clinical development, regulatory strategy, and medical oversight, Dr. Shrestha brings a uniquely global perspective shaped by his extensive work across the pharmaceutical sectors of South Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and, more recently, through strategic engagement with the United States pharmaceutical industry, where he continues to deliver the same high standards of execution, compliance, and innovation.

Dr. Shrestha holds a medical degree from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and has further specialized with an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine alongside formal specialist training, which enhances his depth in drug development, regulatory sciences, and GCP-compliant trial conduct.

His expertise spans regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and site-level execution of later-phase trials, with a focus on therapeutic integrity, patient safety, and data quality. At Bioluminux, he plays a central role in guiding protocol delivery, investigator oversight, and cross-site harmonization, ensuring each trial meets sponsor expectations while maintaining the highest ethical and scientific standards.
