Founder/CEO

Dr. Lawrence is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bioluminux Clinical Research, an emerging Integrated Research Organization (IRO) with dedicated research sites across the United States and the United Kingdom. With an extensive background as a Principal Investigator and Medical Researcher, he has led global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, championing innovative treatments and promoting health equity in clinical research.


Dr. Lawrence earned his Doctor of Medicine degree with distinction from the Universitatea de Medicina si Farmacie “Grigore T. Popa” din Iasi, Romania. He holds a Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices from Northeastern University (Boston, USA); a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of New England (Maine, USA); and an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the James Lind Institute (Geneva, Switzerland). He is a Member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (MFPM) and the American Public Health Association (APHA), and was inducted into the Gamma Chi Chapter of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health at the University of New England in recognition of his academic excellence and public health leadership.


He is pursuing a PhD in Public Health at the University of Huddersfield, with a research focus on advancing epidemiology through evidence-based research on infectious diseases and public health interventions, particularly in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).


A prolific scientific researcher, peer reviewer, and thought leader, Dr. Lawrence’s work explores vaccine hesitancy, infectious disease epidemiology, global health policies, and clinical trial diversity. His peer-reviewed publications span infectious disease control, public health policy, and novel clinical trial methodologies. He also serves as a reviewer for multiple international scientific journals, contributing expert evaluations across public health, clinical medicine, and epidemiology.


Beyond research, Dr. Lawrence is a health equity advocate, entrepreneur, mentor, and public speaker. He actively coaches emerging clinical researchers, contributes to policy discussions on improving clinical trial diversity, and speaks at major pharmaceutical and healthcare conferences. Under his leadership, Bioluminux Clinical Research collaborates with global partners to advance patient-centered, culturally competent clinical research, ensuring inclusive access to cutting-edge medical innovation.
