Bioluminux Clinical Research Illinois, a part of the Bioluminux global network, is a dedicated clinical trial site conducting Phase II–IV studies across diverse therapeutic areas. We are committed to advancing medical research while providing outstanding patient care.

We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient front-desk operations and a positive experience for our participants.

What You’ll Do

  •        

    Welcome and check in/out patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  •        

    Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain organized patient flow

  •        

    Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries about ongoing clinical trials

  •        

    Verify patient information and update electronic health records (CTMS)

  •        

    Support clinical teams by managing trial supplies, lab results, and recruitment follow-ups

  •        

    Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with general administrative duties

  •        

    Attend investigator meetings and assist in clinical research activities as needed

  • What You’ll Bring

  •        

    High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  •        

    Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical receptionist or healthcare admin role (required)

  •        

    Familiarity with clinical research or Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is a plus

  •        

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  •        

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  •        

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred

  •        

    Must be able to commute or relocate to Naperville, IL before starting
